It is with great respect , and a high level of appreciation, the work that Jeff Socha has performed for the various projects at ONT2.

I have learned that Jeff has many unique skills. One is his ability to recognize a barrier and come up with a unique solution to get the job done. Often this skill makes or breaks a project, which Jeff is a pro, to get a project through to the end. Another skill is his ability to manage staff, to keep them focused on the job at hand. If the team loses focus, to bring them back into focus, with a knack of motivating them, and not demoralizing them, shows leadership.

Finally, let’s talk about cadence. The drum beat of the project, set at a high pace, so much work is accomplished with the most efficient use of manpower. It not only benefits the customer, but the project and labor costs of Mark IV as well.

Rich & Mark did it again! They saved the day. Last week we were performing a PRI cut-over, and due to the AT&T changes in shelving locations, I found myself with a PRI that was not where the old cabling was designed to go. Rich and Mark dropped what they were working on and ran over to get the job ready so I could complete my PRI cut-over on schedule with the multiple companies involved.

It’s because of this kind of heart and quality work that we love working with Mark IV.

Laguna College of Art + Design (LCAD) has been using Mark IV for the past 6 years for all our low voltage wiring needs. Mark IV has worked with us to install local multimode fiber backbone and single mode fiber backbone between our locations. They have run all our data drops, over 2000, in all our classrooms, computer labs and administrative offices. They have helped design and build out 3 server rooms and multiple IDF’s. Mark IV also did a cleanup of our MPOE to remove our legacy phone system and cabling, which has made it much easier to troubleshoot and patch phones. Since our relationship with Mark IV started we have been able to upgrade our entire network infrastructure and have achieved over 99.99% network uptime. We have also had the opportunity to work with several members of their install team and each has been professional and a pleasure to work with.
